x+y=95

x+x+15=95

2x=80

X+15=55

2.) LET THE DENOMINATOR BE "X" AND WE GET NUMERATOR AS "X-8"

WE GET THE FRACTION LIKE :  X-8/X

NOW,THE NUMERATOR HAS BEEN INCREASED BY 2 AND DENOMINATOR IS REDUCED BY 1 ANDWE GET THE ANS AS 1/2,SO THE EQUATION IS :

X-8+2/X-1 = 1/2

X-6/X-1 = 1/2

by cross multiplication;

2(X-6) = 1(X-1)

2X-12 = X-1
