 =  {(( \frac{2}{3} )}^{2}){ ^{2} }

  \mathfrak{= {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{4}  } =  \frac{16}{81}

4) \tt{( { \frac{2}{5} ) }^{ - 3} } \times  {( \frac{25}{4} )}^{ - 3}

 =  {( \frac{2 \times 25}{5 \times 4} )}^{ - 3}  =  { (\frac{5}{2} )}^{ - 3}  = ( \frac{2}{5} )^{3}  =  \frac{8}{125}

 5)\sf \blue{ ({2}^{ - 1}) }^{ - 1}

 =  >  {(1  \div 2)}^{ - 1}  = 2

 =  {2}^{ - 1 \times  - 1}  = 2
