Answer:

1.because of the tilt of Earth's axis. During the summer the northern hemisphere is tilted toward the sun so it has summer and the southern hemisphere has winter, and during the winter it tilts the opposite way so the SH has summer and the NH has winter.

2. The seasons are reversed in the Southern Hemisphere because when the Northern Hemisphere is tilted toward the sun, the Southern Hemisphere is tilted away from it. Thus, when the Northern Hemisphere is receiving more direct sunlight and undergoing summer, the Southern Hemisphere is deep in the cold of winter.

3.Days and nights are equal at all places on earth on March 21 because on this day sun rays will fall in the vertical direction towards the equator or at the center position of the earth. This supplies the equal light distribution from pole to pole which makes the day and night duration same.

4.The winds get deflected from their normal path due to the Coriolis Force or in other words the Coriolis Effect. The winds in the Northern hemisphere gets deflected towards the left and that in the Southern Hemisphere gets deflected towards the right. The Coriolis effect is caused by the rotation of the earth.

5.Northern part of Norway is beyond the Arctic Circle where the sunlight remains for months from March to September, so it is called the Land of Midnight sun due to the sunlight seen at night, too. The speed of the rotation of the earth is greater at the Equator than at the Arctic Circle.
