Find the number.
4. Sandeep has twice as many rupees as Sonia. Together they have
Rs.150. How many rupees does Sonia have?

       x = 15 - 7
       x =8

b) x + 28 =38
x = 38 - 28
x = 10

c)x - 20 = 66
x = 66 + 20
x = 86

d)6x + 10 = 58
6x = 58 - 10
6x = 48
x = 48/6
x = 8

e)7 * x = 56
x = 56/7
x = 8

3) let the no. be x
x - 60 = 4
x= 4 + 60
x = 64

4) let sonia's money be x
then snadeep's money will be 2x
therefore, 2x + x = 150
3x = 150
x = 150/3
x = 50
