Let us assume that there were 100 students then,

No of boys and girls are 60 and 40 respectively, as ratio is 3:2

Then 20% of 60=20×60/100=12 (for boys)

For girls, 30% of 40=30×40/100=12

so, the no of scholars =12+12=24

There are 100 students,So number of non scholars=100-24=76

So the percent of non scholars is 76%
