Sir

This is to bring to your kind notice that a buffalo has been lying dead for past two days on the roadside just outside our apartment.

The odor and stench is spreading all around the area and may be contagious to our health.

We have contacted the local sweepers and corporation several times in the two days but they have refused to acknowledge our complaint referring it to your i.e. municipal corporation’s department.
