we get 0.5×4×t^2=800. solving,we get the value of t as 20seconds. now,resubstituting value of t in first kinematics equation,.

we get v=u+at

u=0

As body starts from rest

at=4*20 which is 80m/s.

His final velocity is 80m/s.
