QS bisects angle PQR

=> angle RQS equal to angle PQS (Fact 1)

Also, QS bisects angle PSR

=> angle QSR equal to angle QSP (Fact 2)

Also QS is a common side for Both triangles.

=> QS = QS (Fact 3)

By these three facts, It can be said ∆QRS is congruent to ∆QPS (By ASA congruency)
