Answer 2 : for 1st defect nearby objects are seen clearly by human eye.

for 2nd defect distance objects are seen clearly.

Answer 3: 1st defect is cause due to excessive curvature of eye lens and elongation of the eyeball.

2nd defect is caused when the focal length of the eye lens is too long and the eyeball has become too small
