Focal length is 20 cm. From (3) As 2F is C i.e. image on C is of same size.

1. according to the third observation, since image distance is equal to the object distance, thus verifies, that object is placed at centre C1, forming at C2. then radius of curvature is 40cm therefore, focal length of lens is 20cm.

2. in the observation table, 6th observation is wrong. this is because the object is placed between focus and optical centre but image is formed on other side, which is not possible.

3. you should try by your own the ray diagram.

   m = v/u = 30/-60 = -1/2
