(coseca - cota)^2

=(1/sina - cosa/sina)^2

=(1_cosa/sina)^2

=(1-cosa)^2/sin^2

=(1-cosa)^2/1-cos^2

=(1-cosa)^2/(1+cosa)(1-cosa)

=1-cosa/1+cosa

Hence proved
