Answer:

gₖ (x) = kˣ

kˣ + √k

So, g₅ (x) = 5ˣ &

5ˣ + √5

g₅ (1 - x) = 5¹ˣ

5¹⁻ˣ + √5

(Multiplying numerator and denominator by 5ˣ )

g₅ ( 1 - x) = 5

5 + 5ˣ√5

(Taking √5 common from numerator and denominator)

g₅ ( 1 - x) = 5

5ˣ + √5

So, adding ( 1 ) + ( 2 )

Required answer

= + 5

5ˣ + √5 5ˣ + √5

= 5ˣ + 5

5ˣ + √5

= 1
