first you find the area of quadrant of the circle that is 1/4πr^2

then you find the area of the traingle 1/2*base*height

then subtract area of triangle from area of quadrant. that is

1/4πr^2-1/2*base*height you answer will come if you do this

Answer:

24.5 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of quadrant of the circle is πr²/4

A = (22/7 * 7²) / 4 = 77/2 cm²

Area of Δ = 7×4/2 = 14 cm²

Area of the shaded region is 77/2 - 14 = 49/2 cm² = 24.5 cm²
