I got up one fine morning and realised I had become famous

I was astonished to see my photo in the newspaper.

My parents and sister congratulated me.

I was elated but I wondered if I had done anything big to become famous.

On the way back from school, I had seen a spark on the electricity pole near the railway station.

I ignored it at first but something seemed wrong to me.

I called the station master and informed him about it.

Only today did I realise that if the sparking had continued, it would have destroyed the whole locality.

I thanked God for guiding me in the right path at the right time.
