let the required polynomial be ax²+/bx +c
given let alpha =z
and beta =y
now z+y=10
zy=6

using relation ship of zeroes
sum of zeroes = -b/a

10=-b/a

then a=1,b=-10

now product of zeroes =c/a
6 = c/a
here a=1,c=6

now the required quad. equation is x²-10x+6=0

hope it help u
