3x²-2kx+2m=0, x=3, 2

Case 1

When x=3,

3(3)²-2(3)k+2m=0

27–6k+2m=0

6k-2m=27 =>equation 1

Case 2

When x=2,

3(2)²-2(2)k+2m=0

12–4k +2m=0

4k-2m=12=> equation 2

From equation 1 and 2,

6k-2m=27

4k-2m=12

Subtracting both equations,

2k=15, k=15/2

2k-m=6

2(15/2)-m=6

m=9.

Therefore, k=15/2 & m=9.
