Let the fraction be
 \frac{x}{y}
Then, 2x=2+y
Or, 2x-2=y
And,
 \frac{3 + x}{3 + y} = \frac{2}{3}

Now, 3+x/3+2x-2=2/3(putting the value of y)
Or, 3+x=2/3*2x-2
Or, 3+x=4x-4/3
Or, 9+3x=4x-4
Or, x=13
Now, 2x=2+y
Therefore, 2*13=2+y
Or, 26-2=y
Or, y=24
Hence, the original fraction is 13/21
