Answer.2. Human capital means the knowledge & enterprise needed to be able to put together the other factors of production into an output for self use or to sell in the market.

1. i)They take loans from moneylenders.

ii)They suffer from high interest charges on loan

iii)Farmers didn't able to use modern farming equipments due to lack of capital.

iv)They also suffer from improper sanitation and shelter.

2.Stock of habits,knowledge, experience,talent,inventiveness,etc.embodied in the ability to perform labour so as to produce economic value.
