hey mate I'll Leave Calculation part to you as, I can not even remember those formulas (Although I can derieve them , but I don't have much time )

We know that highest point can be calculated

Let it be ω

this turns out to be the radius of the semicircle formed by the trajectory of the projectile as it will form an arc of radius \omega and we know that \theta = \frac{arc}{radius}

so you can calculate total distance travelled by the projectile from point of projection and maximum height ω

total time taken cal also be calculated through the formula of time taken for flight

as total time T is given  by

T= t_{time of ascent(upto maximum height)}+t_{time of descent (after maximum height)}\\t_{ascent}=t_{descent}

hence to get average velocity you can just divide these 2 to get your answer

Sorry I 'm in hurry so can't do calculation part for you

let me know if you didn't get the answer by commenting over this answer
