Here , two conditions are there.

1st Condition ,

speed = 6mph

time = 10 minute

= 0.16 hour

\boxed{speed \:  =  \frac{distance}{time} }

distance = speed ×time

= 6 × 0.16

= 0.96 miles

2nd Condition

speed = 3 mph

time = 30 minute

= 0.5 hour

distance = 3 × 0.5

= 1.5 mile

Total distance = 1.5 + 0.96

= 2.46 mile
