if one of the angles in a linear pair is obtuse then the other angle will be an acute angle.

the reason is that the sum of two angle in a linear pair is 90 degree.

an obtuse angle is an angle which measures more than 90 degree and an acute angle is an angle which measures less then 90 degree

it will be acute angle
because if it is obtuse angle it would be above 90 and sun of linear pair is 180, if we subtract 180-above 90 the result would be less than 90. so it will be acute angle
