First term = 7
by adding 3 we get, 7+3 = 10
by adding 3, we get, 10+3 =13
by adding 3, we get, 13+3 = 16

So first three terms are 7,10,13
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

expression is 2n+1
n = -5
value = 2×(-5) + 1 = -10+1 = -9
