i can be wrong but it's the most logical way i can think of it:

Sum the first three columns of each row like:

1) 10+10+10=30

2) 3+7+2=12

4) 6+5+9=20

Now about this, we can see that:

30 is 6×5

12 is 4×3

And 6,4,5 are given in the fourth column, since 7 is given in the third row then the equation for the third row should become:
