Given, base of a parallelogram = 10 cm.

Given, altitude of a parallelogram = 12 cm.

We know that Area of parallelogram = Base * height

                                                             = 10 * 12

                                                             = 120 cm^2.

Given that the other altitude is 8 cm.

⇒ 120 = 8 * h

⇒ 120/8 = h

⇒ h = 15 cm.

Therefore, the length of the other pair of parallel side = 15 cm.

Hope it helps!
