SOLUTION

The given equation can be written as,

sec( \frac{3\pi}{2} - \theta)sec( - \frac{5\pi}{2} - \theta) + tan( \frac{5\pi}{2} + \theta)tan \: ( - \frac{3\pi}{2} - \theta) \\ \\ = > - cosec \theta \times cosec \theta + ( - cot \theta)( - cot \theta) \\ \\ = > (cosec {}^{2} \theta - cot {}^{2} \theta) \\ = > - 1 \: \: \: (as \: cosec {}^{2} \theta - \: cot {}^{2} \theta \: = 1)
