We can calculate this by using the Tangent - Chord Property.

If two chords AB and CD intersect at P,

AP×BP = CP×DP

Thus,

(AB + 16) × 16 = 18 × 32

This gives us AB = 20 cm.

To calculate for a Tangent,

AP × BP = TP^2

Thus, TP = sqrt(18 × 32)

TP = 26 cm.
