2N + 4H + O3

=> 2(14) + 4(1) + 16(3)

=> 28 + 4 + 48

=> 80 u

Percentage of Nitrogen in Ammonium Nitrate is

% of Nitrogen = (28/80) × 100

=> 3.5 × 10

=> 35%
