Q= q1 + q2 + q3
q1= const = c
q2 = k1 y^1/2
q3 = k2 y^1/3
60 - c - k1 = k2 ...... (1)
230 = c + 8k1 + 4(60 -c - k1)
k1 = ( 3c - 10)/4
Putting the value of k2 in eq (1)
k2= 60 - c - {(3c - 10) /4}
660 = c + 27( 3c - 10)/4 + 9× [60 - c - {(3c - 10) /4}]
2640 = 85c - 63c + 1980
c = 660/22
c = 30
