❤taking point A.
in this point is (3,-1)
means x= 3 and y = -1

equation = x-y-2=0

putting value of x and y
3-(-1)-2
3+1-2=4-2
=2 i.e.not equal to zero.

it means value of x as 3 and Y as -1 is not solution of equation x - y - 2 = 0

therefore the line x - y - 2=9 will not pass through point A.

❤taking point B
B= (8,9)
i.e.x= 8 and y= 9
putting value of x as 8 and Y as 9 in equation x - y -2 = 0

8- 9-2= 8-11
= -3

that is not equal to zero it means value of x as 8 and value of Y as 9 is not solution of equation x- y- 2 =0 therefore line x-y - 2 = 0 will not pass through point B.

it's best answer and correct also.
I'm sure please mark it as brainlist.
