Without actual divison we can say that 1850/20 is a terminating decimal because 20 can be written in the form of 2^m X 5^n and we know that if the denominator of any fraction is expressible in the form of 2^m X 5^n then the fraction is terminating.

Prime Factorisation of 20 = 2 X 2 X 5

20 \\ = {2}^{m} \times {5}^{n} \\ = {2}^{2} \times {5}^{1} \\

HOPE IT HELPS YOU

THANKS
