Hi ,
It is given that
<OAB = 30°
∆AOB is a isoseceles triangle ,
Since OA = OB = radius
<OAB = <ABO = 30°
Therefore ,
We know that ,
<AOB + <OAB + <ABO = 180°
< AOB + 30° + 30° = 180°
= 180 - 60
= 120°
2 ) <ABP = 90°
[ Tangent , radius relation ]
<ABP + <ABO = 90°
<ABP = 90 - <ABO
= 90 - 30
= 60°
