Explanation:

(A) We tend to slip on a banana peel because the surface of the peel acts as a lubricator which prevents the forces of friction, thus, we tend to slip down.

(B)Sportsman use shoes with spikes to increase the force of friction between the shoes and the ground. The increased force of friction give them a better grip while running.

(C)It is easier to push a lighter box than the heavy box at the same floor because as the frictional force increases between the floor and the box we have to greater force to push from one place to another. As the light box is easy to push because it has low frictional force between the floor and we need to put less effort.
