in the ∆AOC and ∆ BOD we have;

angle ACO =angle OBD (both 70°)

AC=BD (both 3cm)

angle AOC = angle BOD ( vertically opposite angles)

So, by ASA congruency ∆AOC is congruent to ∆BOD.
