Hello Mate!

 \frac{4}{ {216}^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} } } = \frac{4}{ {6}^{3 \times \frac{ - 2}{3} } } = \frac{4}{ {6}^{ - 2} } = 4 \times {6}^{2} \\ = 144

 \frac{1}{ {256}^{ \frac{ - 3}{4} } } = \frac{1}{ {4}^{4 \times \frac{ - 3}{4} } } = \frac{1}{ {4}^{ - 3} } \\ = 64
 \frac{2}{ {243}^{ \frac{ - 1}{5} } } = \frac{2}{ {3}^{5 \times \frac{ - 1}{5} } } = \frac{2}{ {3}^{ - 1} } = 6

Now add up all

144 + 64 + 6 = 144 + 70
= 214

Hope it helps☺!
