a) Secularism is the belief that religion should not influence or be involved in the organization of society, education, government, etc.

b) Reservation is a system of affirmative action in India that provides historically disadvantaged groups representation in education, employment and politics, that is why it is important.

c) Party candidate means a representative authorised by party so Party request election commission to allot a party symbol like lotus, hand, etc.This is normally done by Member of party after paying for party fund. Then party issue him B form in which he is declared official candidate. He get a votes of party followers. Indipendent candidate don't have backing of party. He fights battle on his personal imege or locus standi.

d) Universal suffrage (also called universal franchise, general suffrage, and common suffrage of the common man) gives the right to vote to all adult citizens, regardless of wealth, income, gender, social status, race, ethnicity, political stance, or any other restriction, subject only to relatively minor exceptions. This is the most courageous step taken by our constituent assembly.

e) The following welfare measures have been initiated for the benefit of the weaker sections.

  • Adoption of Tribal Villages.
  • Training in Sericulture for economic development.
  • Help to the schools in surrounding Mines.
