Polynomials in standard form are

4x^{7}-3x^{5}+6x^{2}-9x+28

8x^{5}-7x^{3}+4x+1

x^{4}+62x^{2}-120x+9

Solution:-

The standard form of a polynomial is in descending order. The descending order means exponents are decreasing, from the most left to the most right.

\large\underline{\sf{Solution-}}

Standard form of polynomial means to express in descending order of powers.

Thus,

Polynomials in standard form are as follow :

\rm :\longmapsto\:4x^{7} +  {0x}^{6} -3x^{5} +  {0x}^{4} +  {0x}^{3}  +6x^{2}-9x+28

{\rm :\longmapsto\:8x^{5} +  {0x}^{4} -7x^{3} +  {0x}^{2} +4x+1}

\rm :\longmapsto\:x^{4} +  {0x}^{3} +62x^{2}-120x+9

Additional Information : -

The polynomial of degree 1 is called linear polynomial.

The polynomial of degree 2 is called quadratic polynomial

The polynomial of degree 3 is called cubic polynomial.

The polynomial of degree 0 is called constant polynomial.

The degree of 0 is not defined.
