one litre of milk and juice of one lemon is used in this process. milk is taken in a pan and is brought slowly to boil. then put the lemon juice in it while it is being stirred contnuously. gentle stirring is continued till the milk gets curdled andthen let is cool. when the milk is cool, strain the milk through a sieve of muslin.
