your answer is
according to ohm's law resistance remains constant that is ratio of V and I must be constant
So divide all values of V given by I given
on doing so you will get that all of them gives value 25 except 3rd observation which gives 33.3333333........
hence it doesn't satisfy ohm's law and thus it should be rejected
after that plot the graph of V-I graph and also calculate mean of the resistance obtained i.e. by adding all values of resistances and dividing it by 5
