⇒ P ∝ 1/f

given that, ratio of powers(P₁/P₂) = 4:1 = 4/1

⇒ 4/1 = f₂/f₁

⇒ f₂/f₁ = 4

⇒ f₁/f₂ = 1/4 = 1:4
