 = ( \frac{ - 2}{3} ) {}^{3}  +  \frac{4}{9}  \div ( \frac{3}{5} ) {}^{ - 3}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 8}{27}  +  \frac{4}{9}  \times  \frac{ - 125}{27}  \\  \\  =  \frac{ - 8 + 36}{27}  \times  \frac{ - 125}{27}  \\  \\  =  \frac{28}{27}  \times  \frac{ - 125}{27}  \\  \\  =  \frac{3,500}{729}  \\  \\  = 4.80
