We know that :-
- Momentum = mass × velocity
Solution :-
Firstly checking whether all units are in S.I. units ,
- Mass is not in S.I. unit
By converting ,
→ 250g to kg
→ 250g = 0.25 kg
- Velocity is in S.I. unit .
Substituting the values ,
☞ Momentum = 0.25 × 8
☞ Momentum = 25/100 × 8
☞ Momentum = 1/4 × 8
☞ Momentum = 1 × 2
☞ Momentum = 2 kgm/s
