Given a+b=80&a-b=20
Add both
(a+b)+(a-b)=80+20
2a=100
a=50
b=80-50=30
c=180-(50+30)=180-80
=100
Angles of the triangle are 100,50&30

difference of them = 20°
therefore 1 angle = 100°
let the angles be x and (x+ 20)
then
x + x +20 = 80
2x = 60
x = 30
therefore all angles are 30°, 50° and 100°
