A square has four lines of symmetry.

A regular octagon had eight lines of symmetry.

1. Define line of symmetry with two real life examples :

A line of symmetry basically refers to an imaginary line, along which if you fold the shape , the line passes through the centre of the shape and divides it into identical halves .

Two real life examples can be :

a. The human body ;from an outer perspective, it is symmetrical along the centre.

b. Most insects and birds are symmetrical.

2. Draw an object which is showing a reflection symmetry with order 6.

An object with reflection symmetry of order 6 can be a regular hexagon. Check the attachment for the figure of the hexagon with all the lines of reflection symmetry demarcated.
