Total resistance =1/10+1/5+1/15
=11/30

hi mate,

there are 3 resistors which are connected in parallel, and we need to find the total resistance.


therefore,. the total resistance in parallel is =

1/R= 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3


 \frac{1}{r}  =  \frac{1}{10}  +  \frac{1}{5}  +  \frac{1}{15}



 =  \:  \frac{5 + 10}{50}  +  \frac{1}{15}



 =  \:  \frac{15}{50}  +  \frac{1}{15}


 =  \:  \frac{3}{10}  +  \frac{1}{15}


 =  \:  \frac{45 + 10}{150}


 =  \:  \frac{55}{150}


 =  >  \:  \frac{11}{30}  =  0.36ohm
