Here is your answer
( \frac{x - 2}{3} ) - ( \frac{x - 3}{6}) = 5 - ( \frac{x - 3}{18}  ) \\  \\  \frac{2x - 4 - x + 3}{6}  =  \frac{90 - x + 3}{18}  \\  \\  \frac{x - 1}{6}  =  \frac{93 - x}{18}  \\  \\ 18(x - 1) = 6(93 - x) \\  \\ 18x - 18 = 558 - 6x \\  \\ 18x + 6x = 558 + 18 \\  \\ 24x = 576 \\  \\ x =  \frac{576}{24}  \\  \\ x = 24
