     multiplying  cos²A  both sides

cos²A/sin²A=cos²A/9

cot²A=cos²A/9                                as cosA/sinA= cotA

cot²A=(8/9)/9           from 1

cot²A=8

multiplying    and then adding   2 both sides

2cot²A+2=8*2+2
