The hybridization of SF4 = sp3d
So,
It's shape will be trigonal bypiramidal wherein the Fluorine bonds will be as such that three Fluorine Sulphur bonds will be equatorial and one of them will be axial leaving one lone pair will be kept also on axial position for least repulsion throughout the compound.
