Explanation:

People celebrate Holi with utmost fervour and enthusiasm, especially in North India. One day before Holi, people conduct a ritual called 'Holika Dahan'. In this ritual, people pile heaps of wood in public areas to burn. It symbolizes the burning of evil powers revising the story of Holika and King Hiranyakashyap.

Answer:

Plants need sunlight, proper temperature, moisture, air and nutrients to grow. But despite of that sometimes a plant is not able to grow properly because of low nitrogen and impoverished soil or because of too much watering the plant or over fertilizing. Sometimes we have sown a seed in a wrong place or we have planted it in a wrong season.
