what 120 m ?

1st case:
u= 0
v= 54km/h
= 54*1000/60*60 m/s
= 15 m/s
t = 10 s
a = v-u / t
= 15/10
= 1.5 m/s^2
Since S1 = ut + 1/2 at^2
= 0*10 + 1/2×1.5 * 10^2
= 1/2 * 15/10 * 100
= 75 m.
2nd case:
u= 15m/s
v = 0
a = -2.5 m/s^2
t = 6s
S2 = ut + 1/2*at^2
= 15*6 + 1/2* -2.5*6^2
= 90 + 1/2*-25/10*36
= 90-45
= 45m.
Hence total distance = S1+S2
= 75m+45m
= 120m.
Either ur ans is wrong or ur question have some mistakes..
Hope it's helpful to u.
