In ΔDAM and ΔDBM,
⇒ ∠AMD = ∠BMD
⇒ AM = BM
⇒ DM = DM
⇒ ΔDAM ≅ ΔDBM {SAS rule}
⇒ AD = BD = AB
Since, ABD is an equilateral triangle,
⇒ ∠A = 60°.
Now,
⇒ AD || BC and AB is traversal,
⇒ ∠A + ∠B = 180° {Interior angles}
⇒ 60° + ∠B = 180°
⇒ ∠B = 120°
We know that opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal.
⇒ ∠A = ∠C = 60°.
⇒ ∠B = ∠D = 120°.
Therefore:
⇒ ∠A = 60°
⇒ ∠B = 120°
